Purchasing a new Manor Park home guarantees you a beautifully well-crafted home, which is guaranteed for manufacturing defects for the first 12 months from the dispatch date. Some of our parks offer the 10-year Platinum Seal Warranty scheme.

During the first year, your new home will be fully covered by our warranty terms and conditions against any defects that were caused during the construction process of your home. Our warranty covers the whole structure of the home. We just ask that you report any minor cosmetic damage such as marks, scratches or chips within the first 7 days of siting. If you are moving in to the new home we ask that you notify the park of any defects within 7 days. Please note we are not responsible for defects caused by transport or the siting process.

Your home has been built to the highest standards, ongoing maintenance is recommended.

You should regularly ensure your guttering is cleared of debris, if your home is colour washed it should be painted in line with any extended warranty requirements. In any case, it is good protocol to colour wash a park home every 2-3 years. We also advise you check plumbing and electrics regularly to make sure that all is in good order. This may involve an inspection underneath the home. We advise an annual boiler service ( in line with boiler guarantee requirements ) You should also register all home appliances with their manufacturer warranties ( as long as they are within manufacturer guidelines ).

We believe in giving customers a modern feel to their home, as such we use a plasterboard smooth wall finish internally, to give customers a ‘home from home’ bricks and mortar feel. As with any new build home, these walls may require minor touch ups as the home settles in its footprint. Most of our customers simply wait a few months before they instruct their favourite decorator to come and touch up any minor cracks.
