The Manor Chassis
Manor chassis are a UK based manufacturer of caravan chassis for the holiday & park home industry, with over 40 years of industry experience in steel fabrication. We use a conventional steel welding process, welding steel sections together to manufacture chassis to accommodate all park home sizes.
We are based in Northamptonshire alongside our parent company Manor Park Homes Ltd. Here we design and manufacture a range of chassis for caravan holiday homes, leisure lodges, residential park homes and modular buildings.
Designed and engineered to adapt to changes required by Manor Park homes and other park home manufacturers.
We use the finest materials during the fabrication process including box and angle steel which is sprayed to protect against corrosion.

Precision Computer Aided Design (CAD)
We utilise CAD in order to design the optimum chassis. This translates into clear, concise plans and measurements for the production team to complete the chassis manufacturing process. We have invested in precision machinery which ensures the best chassis quality that is required. Precision is at the forefront of our manufacturing process. We know that a strong chassis is the core foundation for a park home.
