Established in 1947, Warfield Park is situated in what was once part of Windsor Great Park. We are one of the largest and longest established residential park home locations in the UK. Our park homes and their generously sized gardens, are carefully placed to harmonise with their surroundings, with many homes benefiting from detached garages alongside.

Warfield Park consists of more than 500 park homes, mainly privately owned, set in landscaped settings. The park’s beautiful communal areas are maintained by our experienced team of ground staff who tend to the expansive areas of flowers and shrubs in our copses and open areas. The park is also home to many mature trees and natural green spaces. We have a long-term tree planting and woodland management scheme in place to preserve the landscaped environment. Our park office is located at the centre of the park. Our friendly staff are available to assist with any enquiries or specific requirements from residents. The park office is the main point of contact for information on buying a new park home or renting in Warfield Park. We have no age limit and welcome up to two well-behaved pets.
