Some homes are simply beautifully designed. Others carry with them a story that gives them an entirely different kind of significance. The Berwick Carlyon is both.

When Manor Park Homes arrives at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show at NAEC Stoneleigh this June, it will be bringing with it a home that represents far more than a new model in the range. The Berwick Carlyon is a tribute  carefully and lovingly crafted to the man at the heart of this company's story.

Tony Berwick, The man who shaped a legacy

Manor Park Homes has spent over 36 years building a reputation as one of the most respected names in the UK park and leisure home sector. That reputation was built on a foundation of craftsmanship, innovation, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, values that were embodied, above all, by Tony Berwick.

Tony passed away in December last year, leaving behind a thriving business, a devoted team, and an industry forever shaped by his influence. His creativity and integrity touched everything he built, and his passion for design set a standard that Manor Park Homes continues to uphold to this day.

Among the many homes Tony helped bring to life, one stood apart. The Carlyon became the flagship residential park home that defined Manor Park Homes for a generation. It was immediately recognisable out on parks across the country, celebrated for its groundbreaking design and, perhaps most importantly, for the way it felt inside, more like a traditional home than anything else in its class.

The Carlyon bridged the gap between the bungalow and the park home, attracting an entirely new wave of buyers who had never previously considered park home living. It won the prestigious Rose Bowl Award for design excellence six times. It was, in every sense, Tony's masterpiece.

A home reborn

When the Manor Team, Lloyd Harden Design, and Berkeley Parks came together to consider how best to honour Tony's memory, the answer felt clear. The Carlyon needed to come back reimagined for 2026 and beyond, and renamed in tribute to the man who created it.

The result is the Berwick Carlyon.

The core layout that made the original such a success remains. But the redesigned exterior brings it firmly into the present. The façade is a striking study in modern symmetry calm and commanding at the same time. Clean lines and neutral tones are anchored by black window frames and a black front door, while grand, wide tiered steps unfold at the entrance like a subtle stage, creating an arrival that feels considered and stylish from the very first moment.

This is a home that knows exactly what it is and wears that confidence quietly.

Seeing it for the first time

The Berwick Carlyon will be unveiled at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show on Thursday 11th June – Trade, Parks & Press Review Day where Manor Park Homes will be holding a drinks reception at midday in Tony's honour. It feels entirely fitting that the home bearing his name should be celebrated in exactly that way.

The show then opens to the public from Friday 12th through to Sunday 14th June, with free entry and free parking, giving everyone the opportunity to come and experience the Berwick Carlyon in person.

For those who knew Tony, it will feel like a familiar welcome. For those discovering the Carlyon for the first time, it will simply feel like the home they have been looking for.

Trade, Parks & Press Review Day: Thursday 11th June. Open to all: Friday 12th – Sunday 14th June, 10am – 4pm daily. NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ
