Sadly, Simon passed away towards the end of last year without ever seeing it launched. It is a loss that has been felt deeply by everyone at Manor Park Homes, and naming this home after him felt not just fitting, but important. The Manor Baker is a permanent tribute to a man who gave so much of himself to an industry he loved.
